We will be operating on a modified and limited schedule for these dates
Thursday 7/23- 8am, 9am, 4pm, 7pm and 9pm classes
Friday 7/24- 8am, 9am, 4pm and 5pm
Saturday 7/25- 8am and 9am. Open gym cancelled.
Sunday 7/26- 8am, 9am and 10am. Open gym cancelled.
Monday 7/27- 8am, 9am, 7pm and 9pm
With limited classes, expect the available classes to be fuller. Chris and Kru will be running classes. Be courteous and be sure to use Zen Planner to reserve your spot in class so we know how many people to expect for each class.
July 2, 2015 - Weekend schedule 7/4-7/5
Saturday July 4th: 8am, 9am, & 10am classes only. Open gym cancelled. Please reserve through Zen Planner.
Sunday July 5th: All classes will be held at the Hewlett HS track.

June 15, 2015 - 2 Year Anniversary
5 Towns CrossFit would like to say thank you to all our members. It has been our pleasure seeing how far each of you have come and what the future will bring. We will continue to give each of you everything we can if you are willing to give everything you have in each class. We look forward to another great year with everyone and hope to see many PRs achieved.
